What we do with your details.

When you send the “book a call” form, we keep what you typed (your name, role, church, city, email, phone and message) so we can reply and, if we work together, serve your church.

Only the Hilltop Marketing team can see it. We don’t sell it or share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run our business, such as our database host, our email provider and Stripe for invoices, and they handle it only on our behalf.

To keep spam out, we store a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of the internet address a message came from, never the address itself.

We don’t use advertising trackers on this site. We measure page speed anonymously to keep the site fast.

Want us to delete what you sent? Reply to any email from us and we’ll remove it.
